§ 95.04 STREET ADDRESS NUMBERS.
   (A)   It shall henceforth be required that all persons owning property within the city post their street address number on the front of their commercial or residential building, on the front side of each building, as close to the front entrance as possible, in numbers clearly visible, and at least three inches in height. The numbers should be posted in such a fashion as to be clearly visible from the street, and not obstructed by trees, bushes, signs or similar objects.
   (B)   Upon receipt of a report that any property owner does not have the street address properly posted, the Code Enforcement Officer shall immediately notify the property owner in writing to comply with the terms and provisions of this section. The property owner shall thence have 14 days from receipt of said notice within which to comply with the request.
