§ 92.05 PURCHASE OF CEMETERY LOTS.
   (A)   The lots in the cemetery shall be sold for such prices as the City Commission may determine from time to time.
   (B)   The purchaser of the lot shall pay the price thereof to the City Clerk, and a deed therefor, signed and acknowledged by the Mayor and the Cemetery Sexton, shall be recorded by the Clerk in a record book kept by the City Clerk for that purpose.
