The adoption of these rules and regulations will help protect and preserve the lasting beauty and tranquility of the cemeteries. Any issues not specifically covered in these rules and regulations must be approved by the Cemetery Sexton. These regulations apply to all interment rights whether issued prior to or subsequent to the purchase of interment rights.
