§ 55.207 TYPES OF CHARGES AND SEWER FEES.

   The charges and fees as established in treatment works schedule of charges and fees, may include, but not be limited to:

   (A)   User classification charges;

   (B)   Fees for monitoring requested by user;

   (C)   Fees for permit applications;

   (D)   Appeal fees;

   (E)   Charges and fees based on wastewater constituents and characteristics;

   (F)   Fees for use of garbage grinders; and

   (G)   Fees for holding tank wastes.
