§ 55.035 DISPOSAL OF HUMAN AND ANIMAL EXCREMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for a user to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited, in any unsanitary manner on public or private property within the city or any area under the jurisdiction of the said city, any human or animal excrement, garbage, or other objectionable waste.
