§ 51.36 REGULATION PROCEDURE.
   Whenever the Mayor desires to promulgate a regulation hereunder, said regulation shall be published in the newspaper pursuant to the provisions of the state statutes at least once per week for two consecutive weeks. At the end of said two-week period, said proposed regulations shall be on file with the City Clerk for inspection by the public for a period of two weeks. At the end of the latter two-week period of inspection, a public hearing will be scheduled by the Mayor and held to solicit public continent in regard to the proposed regulations. Unless the City Commission votes to the contrary, said regulations shall become binding and effective one week subsequent to the date of the above-referenced public hearing.
