§ 51.35 MAYOR’S AUTHORITY.

The Mayor of the city shall have the authority to promulgate any and all reasonable regulations necessary for the implementation, administration or operation of this chapter. Said regulations shall be subject to change and shall become part of any contract or subcontract issued under this chapter by being added as an addendum thereto.
