MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
(For City of Franklin, Kentucky Water Service To _________________________, (Proposed Development)
It is agreed hereto by and between the City and the Developer:
The Developer, his or her contractor, plumber, or other agents will not be entitled to water service or sewer service connection until final approval of the public and private water and sewer line construction (both on-site and off-site) has been made by City of Franklin, and confirmed by the City in writing to the Developer.
Said approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
