Upon submission of the plans for additions and/or extensions to the existing water or sewer system for review, any person or entity so applying must pay a fee of $1,500 to the city. Upon submission of record drawings and final certification to the State Division of Water by a licensed engineer certifying the water and/or sewer system has been installed according to approved plans, the city will refund the sum of $500 to the person or entity that applied in accordance with this section.
