Prior to a person or entity receiving a letter for reservation for water and/or sewer availability for additions and/or extensions to the existing water or sewer system, the person or entity must submit a request in writing to the city and pay a fee of $100, non-refundable. No person or entity may construct additions and/or extensions to the existing water or sewer system without first obtaining a letter for reservation for water and/or sewer availability from the city. The city will respond in writing within 21 days to the person or entity so requesting to cither approve or deny the request. Availability requests approved by the city will be valid for three years from date of approval.
