Any developer/building or person or entity extending sewer lines within the city’s water service area shall, before extending said sewer lines, enter into and comply with the terms of the sewer contract for public and private water lines, the terms of which are incorporated by reference herein as amended from time to time by resolution duly adopted by the City Commission (a copy of said contract was adopted by resolution on December 11, 2000 and is available at City Hall for inspection and review during normal business hours).
