§ 32.24 CHIEF OF POLICE; DUTIES.
   (A)   Every three months the Chief of Police shall report to the Commission the amount of fees due the city collected by him or her for violations of the ordinances of the city. He or she shall pay into the treasury that portion of the fines due the city collected by him or her, taking the Treasurer’s receipt therefor.
   (B)   The Chief of Police shall see that the laws of the state and ordinances of the city are executed, and he or she shall give information to be instituted for all offenses against violations of the ordinances, or against the laws of the state, committed within the limits of the city.
