§ 32.01 REQUIREMENTS FOR CITY APPROVAL FOR EXPENDITURES.
   (A)   The expenditure of any funds for trips by any city personnel over $250 must have prior City Commission approval.
   (B)   Any expenditure over $500 shall require prior Commission approval.
   (C)   Divisions (A) and (B) above do not affect the normal day by day operating expenses of the city, such as, the paying of salaries, utilities and the like, nor shall these limitations be effective during an emergency.
