Any person or entity that violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of no less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a first offense in any twelve (12) month period, and a fine of not less than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for a second offense and each subsequent offense within a twelve (12) month period. This penalty may be enforced by issuance of a violation for the fine amount. This penalty shall be in addition to any and all other remedies which may be available to the Village under this Code or any other provision of Federal or State law.
