Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, on conviction, be fined as provided in a sum not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and may, in addition to such fine, have his or her said license suspended or revoked by the local liquor control commissioner 1 .
