3-4-10: RESTRICTIONS OF PERSONS OF NONAGE:
No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall purchase, attempt to purchase or consume alcoholic liquor in a licensed premises. At premises having class B licenses, no person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall remain in or around the licensed premises. No licensee to whom is issued a class B license or employee or agent of a class B licensee shall allow any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to remain in, on or around the licensed premises.
For classes A and C only, persons sixteen (16) years or older may be employed by a licensee for the purposes of cleaning, cooking, bussing or any duty not involving the sale, delivery or distribution of alcoholic liquor. However, no person under the age of twenty one (21) years may sell, distribute or pour alcoholic beverages or be employed to sell, distribute or pour alcoholic beverages as a bartender, clerk, waiter, waitress or salesperson.
