3-4-6: RESTRICTIONS ON LICENSES:

1. No liquor license shall be issued to any person or for any location where the issuance of the same is prohibited by the statutes of the state of Illinois.

2. No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor within one hundred feet (100') of any church, school, hospital, home for the aged or indigent persons or for veterans.

B. Zoning: No license shall be issued to any premises unless the sale or distribution of alcoholic liquor at such premises complies with the applicable zoning ordinance or ordinances of the Village. (Ord. 519, 1-5-1987)
