3-4-4: LICENSES REQUIRED:

No person shall, within this village, sell, keep or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor without having a valid license to do so, issued in pursuance of the provisions of this chapter. No license shall be issued without the approval of the local liquor control commissioner, who, by virtue of his office, is the mayor of the village. (Ord. 519, 1-5-1987)
