3-4-3: LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER:
   A.   The mayor shall be the local liquor control commissioner and shall be charged with the administration of the appropriate provisions of this chapter and such other provisions of this code relating to alcoholic liquor as may be enacted. He may appoint a person to assist him in the exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties herein provided for the local liquor control commissioner.
   B.   The local liquor control commissioner, with the approval of a majority of the village board, may adopt rules and regulations for the hearings to determine whether any license should be suspended, terminated or revoked.
   C.   The local liquor control commissioner shall have all the powers as provided by the laws of the state of Illinois. (Ord. 519, 1-5-1987)
