A. Nuisance Operations: No coin operated amusement device or coin operated musical device shall be operated within an amusement arcade so as to constitute a nuisance.
B. Prohibited Machines: No licensed coin operated amusement device may award more than ten (10) free replays at any time or be equipped with a "knockoff" switch allowing for the automatic termination of accumulated free plays.
C. Sale Or Consumption Of Intoxicants: No sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs or cannabis shall be permitted on the amusement premises. (Ord. 510, 12-3-1984)
