3-2-7: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE:
   A.   Transfer Of License: The license required and described in this chapter shall be purely a personal privilege and shall not constitute property. It is not transferable in any manner.
   B.   License To Be Posted: Every amusement arcade licensee under this chapter shall have its license posted on the premises in plain view.
   C.   Attendant On Duty: There shall be provided a full time attendant over the age of eighteen (18) years upon the premises of an amusement arcade during the normal business hours. (Ord. 510, 12-3-1984)
