3-2-6: TERM OF LICENSE, RENEWALS:
The amusement arcade's license shall be for a twelve (12) month period corresponding with the village fiscal year, commencing May 1 of each year. The application for renewal of such a license must be submitted forty (40) days prior to May 1 for investigation and/or review. (Ord. 510, 12-3-1984)
