The amusement arcade operator's license fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). In addition to the amusement arcade operator's license fee, there is hereby imposed on every coin operated amusement device within the amusement arcade a fee of five dollars ($5.00) per machine per annum. The same fee shall be charged for every transfer of or replacement of any such machines. No proration of the annual license fee or license fee for transfer of or replacement of any such machine shall be made for periods of operation less than one year. (Ord. 510, 12-3-1984)
