The following words, when used herein, are defined as follows:
AMUSEMENT ARCADE: The operation by any person, firm, partnership or corporation of two (2) or more coin operated amusement devices for public use.
COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE: Any amusement machine or device operated by means of the insertion of a coin, token or similar object for the purpose of amusement or skill or for the playing of which a fee is charged. This term does not include vending machines in which are not incorporated gaming or amusement features, nor does the term include any coin operated mechanical music devices. Nothing herein shall be construed to permit the use of any device prohibited by law or the use of any device in any manner prohibited by law. (Ord. 510, 12-3-1984)
