2-3-2: OFFICERS OF THE BOARD:
   A.   President: The village president shall be the president of the board of local improvements.
   B.   Engineer: The village engineer shall be the engineer of the board of local improvements.
   C.   Secretary: The village clerk shall be the secretary of the board of local improvements. He shall keep all records pertaining to the activities of such board and shall perform such other duties as may be required by the board or by statute or ordinance.
   D.   Attorney: The village attorney shall be the attorney of the board of local improvements. (1987 Code)
