10-4-11: DEDICATION OR CONTRIBUTION AS A CONDITION OF ANNEXATION:

The dedications of land or cash contributions as required by this chapter shall also be required as a condition to the annexation of any land to the village and provisions therefor shall be incorporated in any preannexation agreement governing such land. (Ord. 610, 4-9-2001)
