A. Alleys shall be permitted in residential districts. Such alleys shall have a right of way of not less than eighteen feet (18') in width and shall have full access to streets at each end.
B. In commercial, business and industrial districts, alleys shall be permitted only where necessary to assure adequate off loading and unloading. Such alleys shall have a right of way of not less than twenty four feet (24') in width and shall have full access to streets at each end. (Ord. 610, 4-9-2001)
