The board of trustees shall approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the preliminary plan within thirty (30) days after its next regularly scheduled meeting following the action of the plan commission, unless such time is extended by mutual consent. The subdivider shall, within thirty (30) days thereof, be notified in writing of any conditions of approval or the reasons for rejection. (Ord. 610, 4-9-2001)
