All plans, plats and other material submitted as herein required shall be considered at regularly scheduled meetings of the village board or the plan commission. Additional meetings and/or work sessions may be held if requested by the subdivider and approved by the village board and/or plan commission, provided that:
A. Said meetings and/or work sessions are publicly announced.
B. The subdivider shall pay a fee to the village for said meeting or work session. The fee shall be established from time to time by the village board but in no case shall it be less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per meeting.
C. The subdivider shall reimburse the village for the cost of the village engineer, village planner and/or village attorney to prepare information for and to attend such meetings and/or work sessions. (Ord. 610, 4-9-2001)
