The fee for all petitions for amendment to the zoning code, a variation of the zoning code, and interpretation upon the appeal from the decision of an administrative official or for a special permit for uses provided in the zoning code, shall be one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) which includes the cost of publishing the required notice.
