9-14-17: VIOLATION; COMPLAINT:
Whenever a violation of this title occurs, any person may file a complaint in regard thereto. Such complaints must be in writing and shall be filed with the zoning officer, who shall properly record such complaint and immediately investigate and report thereon. (Ord. 609, 4-9-2001)
