9-5-6: REQUIRED YARDS:
Each lot shall have front, side, and rear yards not less than the depths or widths following:
   A.   Front yard depth shall be thirty feet (30') or average of established front depth on block, whichever is less.
   B.   There shall be a side yard on each side of not less than ten percent (10%) of the lot width, with a six foot (6') minimum, but need not exceed ten feet (10').
      1.   Corner Lots: On corner lots there shall be maintained a side yard of not less than twenty feet (20') on the side adjacent to the street which intersects the street upon which the building or structure maintains frontage, or average of established front yard depths on block, whichever is less.
      2.   Reversed Corner Lot: In the case of a reversed corner lot there shall be maintained a setback from the side street of not less than seventy five percent (75%) of the front yard required on the lots in the rear of such corner lots, but such setback need not exceed thirty feet (30'), nor average of established front yard depths on block. No accessory building on said corner lot shall project beyond the front yard required on the adjacent lot to the rear, nor be located nearer than six feet (6') to the side lot line of said adjacent lot.
   C.   Rear yard depth shall be twenty five feet (25'), or as alternates: twenty five (25) to thirty percent (30%) of the depth of the lot, or not less than the height of the principal building. (Ord. 609, 4-9-2001)
