9-5-2: PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES:
The principal permitted uses shall be:
Churches, or other places of worship, parish houses, convents and Sunday schools.
Customary accessory uses and building, provided such uses are incidental to the principal use and do not include any activity commonly conducted for gain. Any accessory building shall be located on the same lot with the principal building.
Customary agricultural operations, provided, however, that no odor or dust producing substance or use shall be permitted within one hundred feet (100') of any property line.
Customary home occupations, provided that any such occupation shall be conducted in the principal building. There shall be no external evidence of such occupations except a small announcement or professional sign not exceeding one square foot in area, provided, that no such sign shall be illuminated.
One-family dwelling.
Public educational uses.
Public recreational uses, libraries and museums. (Ord. 609, 4-9-2001)
