7-1-2-2: BARRICADES AND LIGHTS:
Before and during construction and excavation and tree trimming, the applicant shall at all times maintain proper barricades and lights. It shall be unlawful to disturb or interfere with any such barricades or lights. (Ord. 397B, 11-2-1959)
