6-7-4: INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Any person who operates a non-highway vehicle on a street, highway, or roadway of the Village shall be subject to the mandatory insurance requirements under article VI of chapter 7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. (Ord. 753-17, 2-13-2017)
