6-2-8: VEHICLE OWNERSHIP PRIMA FACIE PROOF:
Whenever any vehicle shall have been parked in violation of any of the provisions of this title prohibiting or restricting parking, the person in whose name the vehicle is registered shall be prima facie responsible for such violation and is subject to the penalty therefor. (Ord. 503, 9-6-1983)
