6-2-5: TIME LIMIT PARKING:

It shall be unlawful for any person except the driver of an emergency vehicle to park on Elm Street between the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks and South Street between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. for a period of time exceeding one hour. (Ord. 503, 9-6-1983)
