6-1-5: SPEED LIMITS:
On Illinois Route 38, the Lincoln Highway, through the Village of Franklin Grove, a speed limit of thirty five (35) miles per hour is adopted as a prima facie speed limit at all places on said route in the Village. (Ord. 659-05, 1-8-2007)
