A. Definition: A "skateboard" is a single platform mounted on wheels which is propelled solely by human power.
B. Prohibited: The use of skateboards is banned on village sidewalks, streets and all village owned properties, including Atlasta park, and on any private property which is posted "No Skateboarding".
C. Penalty: Violation of this section is subject to a fine of no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 638-03, 11-10-2003)
