A. All acts of vandalism are hereby declared to be unlawful.
1. The wilful or malicious damaging or defacing, within the corporate limits of the village, another person's real or personal property, without the owner's consent is hereby declared unlawful.
2. The wilful or malicious entry into, or the obtaining control over any motor vehicle, bicycle or water craft of another person, without the other person's consent is hereby declared unlawful. (Ord. 566, 7-10-1995)
