A "sexually oriented business" as used hereunder is any business that has as its primary purpose the selling, renting or showing of sexually explicit matter including, but not limited to, the following businesses:
A. Adult arcades;
B. Adult bookstores, adult novelty stores, or adult video stores;
C. Adult cabarets;
D. Adult live and motion picture theaters;
E. Escort agencies;
F. Seminude model studios; and
G. Sexual encounter centers. (Ord. 604-00, 1-8-2001)
