Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this code, where no other penalty is set forth, shall be punished by a fine not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for any offense 1 . (Ord. 662-05, 11-14-2005)
A. Unless otherwise stated herein, a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
B. Any person who violates any provision of this code and who wishes to settle the claim with the village without the need of litigation, may avoid the litigation by paying to the village clerk an amount equal to seventy five percent (75%) of the fine applicable within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issuance of the notice of violation.
