Each unit shall receive garbage and refuse removal for two (2) containers not over thirty (30) gallons' capacity each, twice weekly. (Ord. 504, 11-7-1983)
A. Collection Requirement: Garbage and refuse containers shall be taken to the curbside and removed therefrom in a timely manner. No one shall place a garbage or refuse container at the curbside more than sixteen (16) hours prior to a scheduled pick up, nor shall anyone leave such containers at the curbside longer than sixteen (16) hours after the pick up. Violation of this provision shall result in a fine of no less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) and no more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Each day shall be a separate offense.
