§ 90.08 ANIMAL CONFINEMENT OPERATIONS.
   (A)   The protection of existing ACOs is an important goal of this subchapter.
   (B)   It is also recognized that new ACOs in certain areas could have an adverse impact on existing nonagricultural uses.
   (C)   For that reason, certain new ACOs will require application review and compliance with this subchapter prior to issuance of a building permit.
