   This subchapter is not intended to deprive the citizens of the county or any ACO of any provisions of the Local Land Use Planning Act, Idaho Code §§ 67-6501 to 67-6538; the Right to Farm Act, Idaho Code §§ 22-4501 to 22-4504; or the Agriculture Odor Management Act, Idaho Code §§ 25-3801 to 25-3803.
