§ 90.06 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ANIMAL CONFINEMENT OPERATIONS (ACO). Commercial animal confinement operations or enterprises intended to operate at a profit, where agricultural income is the objective of the operations or enterprise where animals are confined for 90 consecutive days or more per year. Casual or hobby farmers, students, or experimental operations are not included so long as animal units do not exceed the minimum set forth below.
