For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DIRT BIKES. Include all two-wheel motor vehicles designed for use as off-road vehicles; this definition shall specifically exclude motorcycles designed and used for highway traffic.
LAKES AND RESERVOIRS. Include those commonly known as Twin Lakes, Foster, Glendale, Treasureton, Winder, Lamont, Johnson, and Condie Reservoirs.
NON-PAVED ROADWAYS AND CAMPING AREAS IN AND AROUND FRANKLIN COUNTY WATERWAY LAKES AND RESERVOIRS (RESTRICTED AREAS). Include the roadways, borrowpits, road rights-of-way, camping areas, and an area extending from the center of the county roadway on both sides to the greater of the following: the shore of the lake, or 1,000 feet.
THREE-WHEEL AND FOUR-WHEEL ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATVS). Include all motorized three- and four-wheel vehicles designed for off-road use which have an engine displacement of 750 cubic centimeters or less.
