§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Violation of §§ 70.01 to 70.03 constitutes an infraction, subject to a fine of $100.

   (C)   Violation of §§ 70.15 to 70.17 constitutes an infraction, subject to a fine of $100.

   (D)   Violation of §§ 70.30 to 70.32 constitutes an infraction, subject to a fine of $100.
