This subchapter is enacted to provide for and regulate the placement of signs designed to limit access to public roads (locked gate signs, private property signs, unsafe conditions signs, impassible road signs, keep out signs, and the like); so as to allow citizens’ access to public roads and allow the state’s Transportation Department to inventory said roads so funds may be properly allocated to the county.
