§ 70.02  PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is enacted to provide for and regulate the overnight parking in the Franklin County Courthouse parking lot; so as to allow citizens’ sufficient parking spaces in the parking lot and proper snow removal to be conducted during the winter months.
